You agree not to ship any prohibited items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and live animals, unless specifically arranged and permitted under applicable laws and our policies.

4. Rates and Payment

Rates for our services are based on factors including distance, weight, size, and service speed. All quotes are estimates until a shipment is confirmed. Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment as specified at the time of booking.

5. Liability and Insurance
